Bun Mam is a specific dish of the Southwest Vietnam and popular in Saigon. It consists of noodles, "mam", meat, seafood, and vegetables. The broth is made from "mam" which is cooked, then filtered with clean water, add a little sugar, lemon to increase the flavor, then add fish, shrimp, cuttle and roast pork. The vegetables which are eaten with Bun Mam is the specialty in Southwest of Vietnam.
